By submitting this form, you agree to the following legally binding terms with LDC Photo and Design:

Image Ownership and Rights: You authorize Luis Castro Photography and personnel capture photographic images of you and/or any members of your family present (including children). You acknowledge that LDC Photo and Design retains the full and exclusive copyright to all resulting images, along with the right to use, reproduce, and display these images for business, promotional, or portfolio purposes. 

• Marketing: Portfolio, advertising, branding, and digital promotions.

• Social Media: Posting on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

You release Luis Castro Photography from all liability and claims related to any injury, illness, or demands.
